STEVE SCHEFFE
Steve Scheffe is the founder and President of The Scheffe Company. His professional career began in Houston in 1968, and over the next eleven years Steve served as Estimator, Project Manager, Vice-President and Co-Owner of a family-owned commercial general contracting business. In 1980, he moved his construction business to Austin, then from 1980 to 1987 engaged in wide variety of office, retail, and multi-family projects as both Contractor and Co-Developer. In 1987, Steve shifted the focus of his business to real estate brokerage, with an emphasis on development and brokerage of income-producing properties, and established The Scheffe Company as an outgrowth of a similar firm he had co-founded, Westpark Construction.

Over the past 15 years, Steve has completed transactions totaling over $70,000,000 in value, and has methodically grown his commercial team, The Scheffe Group, to handle the opportunities created by the growth of Austin and referrals from clients and business contacts.

CARTER WILLIAMS
Carter specializes in Tenant, Buyer, Landlord and Seller Representation for leasing and sales of retail and office properties in the greater Austin area. He fosters and develops client relationships through his service, market knowledge, creativity and determination to ensure their goals are exceeded.

Carter’s prior experience includes 7 years of marketing and advertising with Carino’s Italian Restaurants and GSD&M Advertising in Austin, TX. His interests outside of real estate including running, sports and golf and enjoying Austin with his wife Kristen, a Keller Williams residential agent.
